Replace battery in Ninja Lock M
When the main unit "beeps" and the battery LED blinks (slow blinking) during operation, it is time to replace the batteries. Replace the batteries as soon as possible.
How to replace the battery
●Knowledge
Uses 4 AA alkaline batteries or AA lithium batteries.
Do not install the batteries in the wrong direction. Failure to do so may result in malfunction.
Do not use old batteries and new batteries together.
Do not use alkaline batteries and lithium batteries together.
When the battery is dead and the lock cannot be unlocked, refer to "When Ninja Lock M cannot be unlocked due to dead battery" to unlock the lock.
After replacing the battery, confirm the operation of unlocking/locking from the app.
When the device status shown in the app is different from the actual status, refer to "This Page" to refresh the page.

Remove the battery cover on the indoor side.

Remove the old battery.

After removing the battery, wait about 30 seconds before replacing it with a new one. After the battery is replaced, a "beep" will sound and the LED will be fully lit.
