Resend Setup Email

When you receive your account setup email, activate your account and set your password within 14 days. If the 14 days have passed since the email was sent, you will need to recieve a new setup email.

1.

Launch the app and tap the "Get Started",

Tap the "Contact Support".

3.

Tap the "Resend Setup Email".

If the following steps do not work, or if you do not receive the email, tap "Call Support" and ask them to resend the email over the phone.

Enter the tenant's first name, last name, e-mail address, and phone number.

5.

Tap the "Resend Invitation".

6.

The setup email has been resent.
