Pre-installed devices
One of the following devices will be lent to each dwelling unit in which a smart home is installed as incidental equipment.
■ Caution
Pre-installed devices are pre-configured to work with HOMETACT before you move in.
There are instructions on how to reset the device in the manual of the device itself, but please do not reset the device.
Resetting the device will also reset the linkage with HOMETACT. If reset, it will need to be reconfigured by the installer and the cost will be borne by the tenant. Please understand this in advance.
●Knowledge
Availability of pre-installed devices depend on the unit type. It is not possible to install equipment later in a room where no equipment has been installed.
Smart Lock
Linough's [Ninja Lock M] is a smart lock for residential use that was developed in collaboration with Miwa Lock.
In addition to the passcode leak-proof fake pass and peep-proof functions, it also has auto-lock and timer-lock functions, providing a high level fusion of security and convenience.
It can be unlocked by many methods such as IC cards, smartphones, cylinder locks, and PINs, freeing you from the hassle of carrying keys every day.
Since NFC communication is used, there is no need to launch the app, and unlocking is possible at an overwhelming speed compared to Bluetooth.
Infrared remote control
Live Smart's [LS Mini Next] has been installed as a remote control to operate air conditioners and televisions that run on infrared.
Using it through a smart speaker or app eliminates the need for troublesome remote control operations for each appliance.

Use of this property under the corresponding application is partially limited to the functions available in the device and the company-provided application.

Smart Switch
This app can also be used to remotely check the status of room lighting and turn lights on and off, supporting daily life in a variety of situations, including measures against forgetting to turn off lights.
By linking with smart speakers, lighting can be turned on and off by voice.
Bath controller
Control the hot water supply via this app whether you are at home or away.
Start heating the water and filling the bath while commuting, and enjoy a bath as soon as you arrive home.
Home device
LIXIL's [Home Device] is a gateway for communicating with, operating, and controlling ECHONET Lite-compatible devices such as housing equipment, home appliances, various sensors, and cameras.
●Knowledge
The installed devices that support ECHONET Lite are air conditioners and bathroom remote controls.
ECHONET Lite compatible devices can be added in rooms where home devices are installed. (Currently, only air conditioners can be added, and the number of devices that can be added is scheduled to be gradually expanded. For details, please check the ECHONET Lite compatible devices.)
Smart Speakers (Speech recognition devices)
●Knowledge
Availability of smart speakers (speech recognition devices) on loan depend on the type of unit.
HOMETACT can be linked to smart speakers with Google Assistant / Amazon Alexa. You can also add your own devices and link them together.
[Google Nest Mini] is a compact smart speaker equipped with Google Assistant.
[Google Nest Hub] is a compact smart display equipped with Google Assistant.
It allows you to control smart devices, air conditioners, TVs, etc., not only with app but also with your voice, and provides a variety of content such as weather, news, and music.
