• Do not launch the app after the installation is finished. (Do not tap "Open" on the store page)

• Tap "Activate Account" in the activation email and the app will launch automatically.

• An activation email will be sent on the morning of your move-in date. (If you apply after moving in, it will be sent a few days later)
