Unlocking/locking OPELO
■ Caution
In order to use OPELO, initial settings such as registering an IC card/NFC compatible smartphone and setting an unlock password are required.
●Knowledge
If unlocking fails, a beeping sound will sound and the IC multi-reader will turn off. Please try again from the point where you press the start key again.
Regardless of the unlocking method, if you fail to unlock the door 5 times in a row, a warning sound will sound, and the IC multi-reader will repeatedly blink slowly and stop all functions for 5 minutes. In that case, you can release it by pressing the Open/Close button on the room side.
Make sure the door is completely unlocked before opening the door. If you open the door before the key is fully unlocked, it may cause malfunction.
How to unlock
From outside:

●Knowledge
For Android devices, it may be necessary to unlock the screen depending on the smartphone.
For iPhone, hold it over while activating and authenticating the Suica app or Apple Pay.

Push the start key from above the cover.

It will be unlocked by holding a registered IC card/NFC compatible smartphone over it.

Press the start key or "＊" once.

Enter the set unlock password.

Press "#" once to unlock.
③One-day password (unlock)
You can issue a one-day password from the app and enter it into the numeric keypad to unlock it.
The input procedure is the same as a normal password.
④Physical key (unlock/lock)
Remove the cover and lock/unlock with the physical key.
⑤Auto lock (lock)
When the door is closed, it will automatically lock after about 1 second. It is also possible to set it to "OFF".
●Knowledge
Time cannot be set.
Even if the auto lock setting is "OFF", if the door cannot be unlocked and the door cannot be opened, it will be automatically locked after about 7 seconds.
⑥Start key (lock)
When unlocking, press the start key from above the cover to lock.
⑦Open/Close button (unlock/lock)
Press the button when locked to unlock.
If you press the button when unlocking, it will be locked.
⑧Thumb turn (unlock/lock)
Turn the thumb turn to unlock.
Turn it in the opposite direction to lock.
