Reset Password
When you receive the password reset email, set your password within one hour. If it has been more than one hour since the email was sent, you will need to recieve a new setup email.
1.
Launch the app and tap the "Get Started",

Tap the "Reset Password".
3.
Enter the email address you are using to log in.
4.
Tap the "Reset My Password".
5.
Tap the "Done".
6.
Open the email and tap the "Reset Password".
*The display of the email page will vary slightly depending on the environment of the tenant.
7.
Enter your new password and tap the "Continue".
8.
You have successfully reset your password. Please login with your new password.
