When Ninja Lock M cannot be unlocked due to dead battery
When the Ninja Lock M does not operate and the following conditions occur, the battery may be dead.
The battery LED flashes (fast blinking) and "beeps".
There is no response at all when the start button is pressed.
How to unlock when the battery is dead
In the unlikely event that you do not have a physical key and cannot unlock the door due to dead batteries, follow the steps below to unlock the door.
●Knowledge
Use 1 square alkaline 9V battery.
When the emergency power is activated, the lock is unlocked from the passcode. Unlocking from the app is not possible.
Easy Lock cannot be used when emergency power is activated.
1.
Remove the cylinder cover.

Firmly connect the terminal of the 9V alkaline battery to the emergency power terminal.
The direction (+ or -) of the battery in contact with the emergency power terminal is not important.

"beep" and all the LEDs will light up.
After that, the display will show the numeric keypad operation (the start button is pressed once).
4.
While holding the battery in contact, enter the passcode to unlock the door.
After unlocking the door, replace the battery from the room side as soon as possible.
5.
Install the cylinder cover.
