Add devices compatible with ECHONET Lite
●Knowledge
You can add an ECHONET Lite compatible device only when a LIXIL home device is installed in your room.
①.Check the model in the ECHONET Lite compatible devices and purchase and install the device.
②.Connect your purchased device to Wi-Fi.
Connect your purchased device to your room's Wi-Fi.
●Knowledge
Please check the manual of each device for the connection method. (The method differs depending on the manufacturer, such as installing an app and setting it, setting it from the remote control, etc.)
For questions regarding installation, account creation, settings, operation confirmation, etc. of the manufacturer app, please contact the support of each device.
Your email address may be required during setup.
③.Add a new device to the HOMETACT app.

Tap "New Device" in Home, or "+" or "New Device" in My Device.

Tap the "Linkable device accounts".

Tap "Echonet Lite Products".
●Knowledge
If "Echonet Lite Products" is not displayed, the following causes are possible.
Account registration and device addition using the manufacturer app have not been completed successfully.
>>Try registering the account and adding the device again.
Your smart home device, the device you want to add, and the smartphone you're using the app on aren't connected to the same Wi-Fi.
>>Check the connection destination of each Wi-Fi, and if the connection destination is different, please reconnect to the same Wi-Fi.

Select and tap the device you want to add.
◇MEMO
If you have multiple devices of the same type, identify the one you want by doing a working test. Proceed to the next step.

Perform an operation test, and if there is no problem, change the "name" and "location" and tap "confirm".
If it's not the device you wanted, go back to the previous step and try again.
6.
Tap the left side of the desired device, then tap "Register Checked Device".
7.
A message will appear stating "A new device has been added". Tap "Continue".

Confirm that the device has been added.

If no devices have been added, swipe down the My Devices page to refresh the view.
