When you move out
Once you have decided to move out, please follow the steps below to prepare for the move-out inspection.
1.Prepare to witness the leaving of the residence.
We will check the operation of the installed devices at the move-out inspection. The resident will be asked to operate the device with a smartphone, and the person in charge will visually confirm that it is working.
■Note
If you have deleted the application before witnessing the move-out, you may be asked to install it again to confirm that it is working.
2.Disengage the voice assistant app.
Even if you delete the HOMETACT application, the information will remain in the voice assistant application. Follow the steps to remove the linkage.
《Google Home》

From the home page of the Google Home app, tap the "+".

Tap the "Set up device".
3.
Tap the "Works with Google".
4.
Tap the "HOMETACT" in the Linked Items section.

Tap the "Unlink account".
《Amazon Alexa》
1.
Tap the "More" from the home screen of the Amazon Alexa app.
2.
Tap the Skills & Games.
3.
Tap the "Active Skills".
4.
Tap the "HOMETACT".
5.
Tap the "Disable Skill".
6.
Tap the "Disable".
3.Reset the smart speaker loaned as ancillary equipment to the dwelling unit
If the smart speaker is rented as ancillary equipment for the dwelling unit, please reset it.
《Google Nest Mini》
1.
Turn off the microphone with the switch on the side of the device.
2.
When the light on the front of the device turns orange, press and hold the glowing area.
3.
After about 5 seconds, a confirmation message for resetting will be played. Keep pressing it.
4.
When the sound will be played, release your finger. Continue to wait.
5.
After the light turns off, the light will blink repeatedly in white after a while. Continue to wait.
6.
A short melody and a message to start using the device will be played, and then the reset is complete.
《Google Nest Hub》
1.
On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds.
2.
You will see a message on the screen that says "Reset in 10 seconds".
3.
When the sound will be played, release your finger.
The message "Restarting" will appear on the screen. Continue to wait.
4.
When you see the "Download App" message on the screen, the reset is complete.
4.Prepare to return the device
Devices installed at the time of move-in must be returned at the time of move-out. If any device accessories, instruction manuals, or cosmetic boxes were left at the property when you moved in, you will be asked to return them, so please be prepared.《LS Mini Next、Google Nest Mini / Hub》
